Why Would I Want Register a Domain Name

The process of registering a domain name isn't as complicated as it sounds. Domain registration is a great way to build your business and assit you in creating a dynamic online identity. A domain is a Web Address, such as InternetFrog.com, that represents a physical point on the internet.

The unique part of the domain name is located immediately to the left of the dot, such as "internetfrog" in internetfrog.com. Additionally, every domain has a domain extension located to the right of the dot. The most common ones are .COM, .NET, .INFO, and .ORG. Other domain extensions are available as well, some of which have certain guidelines, but most are available to any registrant, anywhere in the world.
